When we step in
The situations that trigger an engagement
If you recognise your company in one of these situations, a thirty-minute conversation will be enough to know whether an engagement is justified.
- Data re-entered several times in different tools
- A shared file serving as a critical database
- Software subscriptions whose purpose nobody knows
- A CRM or ERP project considered without a specification
- Teams spending hours on repetitive tasks
Our approach
How we approach this subject
We always refuse to start with the choice of software. A bad process with a tool is still a bad process, only more expensive and more rigid. The audit therefore starts with what teams do, not with what they use.
The information system inventory often holds surprises: subscriptions paid for and unused, data entered three times into three different tools, and shared files acting as critical databases with no serious backup.
We then identify high-yield tasks that can be automated (customer reminders, report consolidation, transfers between tools) and cost them in hours saved per month. Only those with a payback period under twelve months are kept.
Solutions are selected against a specification, with a shared scoring grid and at least three candidates. We have no vendor partnerships and take no commissions, and we state this in writing in every recommendation.

Frequently asked questions
About digital transformation
No. We provide consulting only: our fees do not depend in any way on the solution chosen.
Almost never. We favour a sequence of short workstreams, each with a measurable gain, rather than an eighteen-month project with no end in sight.
It is covered by a dedicated transfer plan: scope, clean-up, pivot format and test set. It is the most underestimated part of this kind of project.
